Theatre Tickets Direct Promo Codes for October 2026

Good value, some seat confusion

Got a good price for "Wicked" tickets through their early bird offer. The e-tickets arrived fast, which was convenient. I found navigating the seat selection a bit clunky on my phone; it wasn't always clear which seats were premium versus restricted view without clicking around a lot. Still, the overall experience was positive and the show was fantastic.

Smooth experience for "Les Mis"

I booked tickets for "Les Misérables" for my family and the process was pretty straightforward. I picked a dinner and show package, which saved me some hassle planning two things separately. The website was easy to navigate, and finding the matinee options was simple. After I booked, I received a confirmation email almost instantly, and the e-tickets followed a few hours later. The restaurant voucher was also clear. One small thing, I had a question about the dinner reservation time, so I called customer service. They answered quickly, maybe within 5 minutes, and were helpful, confirming everything for me. We had a great time at the show, and the seats were exactly as described. I'd definitely use them again for another London trip.

Consistent service, easy booking

I've used Theatre Tickets Direct a few times now, and they're always reliable. Booked "Hamilton" tickets this round, just like I got "Lion King" last year. The no booking fee deals are great, and getting the e-tickets was quick as usual. No surprises, which is exactly what I want.
